Platform Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Platform Architect to lead the design and evolution of a next‑generation payment platform that serves banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions. The role focuses on creating scalable, resilient, and high‑performance systems while influencing product strategy and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the architectural vision for a mission‑critical payment platform.
• Design and implement micro‑service based, event‑driven solutions using Kafka.
• Establish cloud‑native and distributed system best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams to align technical decisions with business goals.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing large‑scale, high‑throughput platforms.
• Strong background in payments, banking, or fintech environments (preferred).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
