Platform & Kubernetes Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Platform & Kubernetes Administrator to ensure the stable and reliable operation of our Kubernetes‑based container platform that supports the DGSN Morocco program. The role serves as the primary L2 escalation point for orchestration and runtime issues, working closely with infrastructure and application support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain platform health, availability, and performance in a shift‑based environment.
• Act as the main L2 escalation contact for container orchestration and runtime incidents.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams to resolve platform anomalies.
• Monitor logs, events, and metrics using Kubernetes‑native and third‑party tools.
• Implement and manage Helm charts, RBAC policies, namespaces, and resource quotas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on Kubernetes administration in production environments.
• Strong Linux system administration experience, preferably Red Hat‑based.
• Experience with Docker or containerd and containerized application operations.
• Proven ability to work in production, shift‑based or on‑call settings.
