PLM & Validation Project Engineer (normes de test)

About the role

The PLM & Validation Project Engineer supports validation engineers by managing test norms, Catnet, PLM and JIRA tasks, and acts as the interface with TPM/ITPL for vehicle and part orders, especially during project start‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Assign Test Norm, Catnet, PLM and JIRA tasks and coordinate with TPM/ITPL for vehicle/part orders.
• Collaborate with test engineers and service design to create and revise test lists.
• Ensure program performance engineers meet milestones, create and share PIVs, and monitor KPI dashboards.
• Collect and analyse all project requirements, define detailed validation plans and estimate required resources.
• Lead issue‑triage and escalation meetings, facilitate technical discussions across teams, and report progress to top management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) with 1‑2 years of experience in validation processes.
• Strong ability to analyse requirements, define test plans and track KPIs.
• Leadership and team coordination skills with excellent communication and negotiation.
• Proficiency in English and experience in project cost forecasting.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of validation tools: Test Norm, Catnet, PLM, JIRA.
• Ability to estimate FTE and resources for validation activities.
