Pre-sales Consultant - IBM Technologies

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Pre‑sales Consultant specialized in IBM Technologies to join our team in Casablanca. The role involves collaborating with sales and customers to design and present tailored IBM solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
• Design and present comprehensive, customized technical solutions using IBM Technologies products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept sessions as needed.
• Address technical questions and concerns during customer interactions.
• Act as a technical advisor and consultant for customers, providing insights and recommendations.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and other inquiries.
• Work closely with the sales team to build strong relationships and support sales strategies.
• Train internal teams and customers on IBM Technologies products.
• Keep sales and technical teams updated on new product releases and enhancements.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of IBM Technologies products, solutions, and services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Critical thinking and innovative solution design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with IBM, Dell, or Oracle technologies.
• Fluency in Arabic, French, and English.
