Presales Engineer

About the role

Hikvision is seeking a Presales Engineer to support the delivery of CCTV and security solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure installations meet specifications and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake testing and commissioning activities according to project requirements.
• Verify that equipment operates to its specifications.
• Create and execute test procedures.
• Ensure safe testing and commissioning of completed installations.
• Capture client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, diagnose faults and implement repairs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in the CCTV or security industry.
• Proven experience in project management and solution design.
• Strong presentation and public‑speaking abilities.
• Ability to handle both pre‑sales and after‑sales support.
• Up‑to‑date with emerging security technologies.
• Logical problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English; experience preparing test reports is a plus.
