Principal Marketing Specialist, French & English Speaking

About the role

The Principal Marketing Specialist will lead NTT DATA’s marketing strategy in Luxembourg, focusing on demand generation, pipeline acceleration and brand positioning. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, ensuring marketing initiatives align with business priorities and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the country‑level marketing strategy, translating business goals into targeted plans that drive demand and revenue.
• Design, launch and optimise integrated demand‑generation campaigns across digital, events, content and partner channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with pipeline objectives and strategic accounts.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and segmentation to execution, reporting and continuous optimisation.
• Provide marketing advisory support to local sales leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate partner marketing and develop sales‑enablement content to boost pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a technology or services environment.
• Strong track record of delivering demand‑generation programs that generate measurable pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organisation while addressing local market dynamics.
