Process Engineer

About the role

Lear, a global automotive technology leader, is seeking a Process Engineer to join its Kenitra ES Plant in Morocco. The role focuses on setting and optimizing process flow in the assembly area, designing and managing manufacturing tooling, and driving continuous improvement of processes and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with design engineering and program management teams to align process requirements.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control activities within the area to provide technical production support to engineering, maintenance, and production.
• Manage and monitor the development of specific resources and manufacturing procedures.
• Collaborate with technical staff, customers, and suppliers on the development and modification of machines and tools, presenting improvement proposals.
• Ensure machine performance and approval in conjunction with quality and health, safety & environment coordinators.
• Study procedures to propose adaptations of machines and adopt technical means for mass production.
• Work with engineering and production teams on layout changes and support new development initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience providing technical production support in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to coordinate with design engineering, program management, and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven capability to manage manufacturing procedures and tooling development.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and quality compliance.
