Process Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to design and implement new manufacturing processes that align with company goals and customer expectations. The role involves end‑to‑end responsibility for process development, from defining operation steps and cycle times to ensuring successful launch of production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new processes, defining operation steps, cycle times and technical parameters.
• Prepare technical specifications for machinery, equipment and assembly lines; manage supplier quotations and approvals.
• Monitor design, production and commissioning phases to meet project timelines.
• Organise and follow up on P‑FMEA studies and corrective actions.
• Manage PPAP documentation and ensure sample production complies with customer quality standards.
• Create standardized documentation for all process steps.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and develop permanent solutions.
• Research emerging technologies and integrate them into existing production systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Graduate from an engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical, reporting and follow‑up abilities.
• Problem‑solving and risk‑management skills suitable for teamwork.
• Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC and MSA.
• Preferably experience in the automotive sub‑industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
