Process Engineer – TRIM Plant

About the role

The Process Engineer will work at the TFZ TRIM Plant reporting to the Process Engineering Supervisor. The role focuses on industrializing products, launching new production lines, and continuously improving existing processes to ensure high quality, efficiency, and capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage product industrialization, guaranteeing process quality, efficiency, and capacity.
• Lead the setup of new production lines and introduce new technologies.
• Analyze current processes to reduce cycle time, scrap, and cost.
• Define process flow diagrams, work instructions, and perform capacity analysis and line balancing.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Support process validation, qualification activities, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in internal, customer, ISO, and IATF audits and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to resolve non‑conformities and support new product introductions.
• Run pilot builds, transfer processes from development to mass production, and manage smooth ramp‑up.

Required profile

• Technical Engineering degree.
• Good knowledge of project milestones and process documentation.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Clear communication in English, analytical and critical thinking.
• Professional integrity and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
