Process Plant Supervisor (4 weeks on/4 weeks off)

About the role

We are seeking a Process Plant Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and reliable day‑to‑day operations of a major oil‑and‑gas processing facility in Morocco. The role follows a 4‑weeks‑on / 4‑weeks‑off rotation on a 15‑month contract, overseeing production from well feed through processing, storage, and product loading.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor plant conditions (pressures, temperatures, flows, levels) and keep operations within approved envelopes.
• Ensure product quality is continuously measured and maintained.
• Identify abnormal conditions and direct corrective actions through shift supervisors and operators.
• Maintain master P&IDs, cause‑and‑effect tables, SOPs, and EOPs.
• Coordinate well interface to match feed with plant capacity.
• Lead process safety initiatives, including management of change for hydrocarbon, ammonia, hot oil, amine, and cryogenic hazards.
• Drive production, throughput, quality, and availability targets while minimizing losses, flaring, and downtime.
• Support development of a digital twin and simulation tools for training and debottlenecking.

Required profile

• Senior experience in oil & gas, gas processing, or petrochemical plant operations.
• Strong background in process safety and management of change.
• Deep knowledge of hazardous fluids, pressure systems, and related engineering documentation.
