Process Technology Production Engineer

About the role

The Process Technology Production Engineer will drive the implementation of new projects and processes, ensuring that plant capacity aligns with the company’s growth strategy and customer demands. Based in the Oriental Region, you will work closely with production teams to resolve bottlenecks, support quality initiatives, and lead continuous‑improvement efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage investment budgets for plant capacity extension projects.
• Conduct capacity analysis and ensure equipment meets production targets.
• Implement new projects and processes according to the development plan and customer requirements.
• Evaluate and apply customer and engineering changes.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and support production during quality incidents.
• Lead lean projects to achieve efficiency, space savings, and cost reductions.
• Motivate the team around business KPIs and promote an agile work environment.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a process engineer or method responsible, preferably with a harness maker.
• Strong sense of responsibility, availability, and flexibility.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to be based in the Oriental Region.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
