About the role
The Procurement Analyst will support the supply chain team by managing purchase orders, onboarding new suppliers, and ensuring smooth transitions during supplier switches. This role requires strong analytical abilities and excellent communication with both internal departments and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day procurement orders and maintain order portfolios.
- Oversee range extensions and onboarding of new suppliers.
- Execute supplier switches according to predefined plans and deadlines.
- Analyze new reference parameters within the procurement system.
- Organise and lead logistics meetings with new suppliers.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience with SAP procurement module.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to conduct meetings and communicate effectively with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
