About the role
The Procurement Analyst will manage procurement orders, oversee supplier range extensions, and ensure smooth transitions to new suppliers according to established plans.
Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement orders and update order portfolios with suppliers.
- Handle range extensions and onboarding of new suppliers.
- Switch suppliers according to the switching plan and execution deadlines.
- Analyze parameters of new references in the procurement system.
- Organize and lead logistics meetings with new suppliers.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Power BI.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience conducting meetings and managing supplier relationships.
