Product Manager – Fintech Consumer Apps

About the role

Kenz'up is a fast‑growing fintech startup in Morocco that offers a digital cashback platform to boost customer retention. We are looking for a Product Manager to shape the product strategy, understand user needs and drive outcomes that align with our business KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy in partnership with the leadership team.
• Develop deep insight into all user personas, their problems and needs.
• Prioritise initiatives using ICE scoring to accelerate time‑to‑market and evidence collection.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering and UX to ensure clear alignment on the why, what and how of each feature.
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to ensure effective communication, monetisation and deployment of products.
• Adopt an outcome‑driven mindset, focusing on KPI impact rather than feature output.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing mass‑consumer products in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and French.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data‑driven decision making.
• Hands‑on experience with agile and lean product development methodologies.
• Familiarity with OKRs and the use of AI tools in daily work is a plus.
