Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager at Harmattan AI, you will be at the heart of the company’s strategy, responsible for product specification and roadmap based on market and technological analysis, as well as full‑scale development and industrialisation. You will manage timelines, resources, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure market fit and successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define product specifications based on customer feedback, market analysis and technology, iterating for technical, industrial and commercial feasibility.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee architecture and technical development across R&D and industrialisation phases, resolving challenges as they arise.
• Inspire and manage the project team to maintain high performance and quality.
• Act as the primary interface between technical teams, product, sales, marketing and program stakeholders to align efforts and ensure tender and project success.
• Allocate engineering and other resources effectively to meet project goals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with at least 5 years of technical experience.
• Experience in defense systems, UAV/UxV/robotics, aerospace, radars/RF/radio, optronics, PNT or AI is highly desirable.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional, high‑complexity aerospace, defense or robotics projects through to industrialisation.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent documentation and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams.
