Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Marketing

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Product Manager to lead marketing initiatives for its pharmaceutical portfolio in Casablanca. You will work within a collaborative environment that values innovation, care, and teamwork, supporting the company’s mission to improve access to medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand positioning and market share.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create training programs and promotional tools.
• Work closely with medical and regulatory teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimise brand strategy and resource allocation.
• Manage forecasting, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle planning.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and industry partners.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree (Pharmacist).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
