Product Owner – BMP Platform

Novancy Consulting is proud to partner with a leading global insurance organization to deliver a comprehensive Business Management Platform (BMP) rollout. We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner and Lead Consultant who will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of the BMP solution across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Own the BMP product backlog, prioritize features, and define the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead Consulting: Provide strategic guidance to the client’s executive team, translating business requirements into actionable product initiatives.
• Business Analysis: Conduct in‑depth analysis of current insurance processes, identify gaps, and propose enhancements that leverage BMP’s capabilities.
• Core Insurance Platforms Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency with BMP, ABS, GRP2, and Guidewire platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Agile (SAFe) Leadership: Champion Agile practices across cross‑functional teams, facilitating ceremonies, and ensuring continuous delivery of value.
• Stakeholder Facilitation: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and secure buy‑in for product decisions.
• Regulatory & Security Compliance: Ensure all product developments meet regulatory standards and maintain robust security protocols.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor product and engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance.

Required Experience

8 to 12 years of progressive experience in product ownership, business analysis, and lead consulting within the insurance domain. Proven track record of delivering complex insurance platforms using Agile methodologies.

Location & Working Model

The role is based in Casablanca with occasional travel to Rabat. It offers a hybrid working model, combining onsite collaboration with remote flexibility.
