Product Owner – Data & Google Cloud Platform

About the role

As a Product Owner for Data on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), you will drive the roadmap of data products, ensuring alignment between business needs, data teams and cloud engineers. You will create value by defining, prioritising and tracking data initiatives on GCP.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and qualify business requirements related to data and analytics.
• Define, prioritise and manage the product backlog in line with business and technical objectives.
• Develop and steer the data product roadmap together with stakeholders.
• Coordinate data, cloud, BI and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Monitor development, testing and production releases.
• Measure adoption, performance and value generated by deployed solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and communication across teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, Information Systems Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Data Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Product Ownership practices.
