Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Product Owner to join our Product Management team in Casablanca. In this role you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers and engineering teams, translating product priorities into clear, actionable requirements that deliver value for users and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager, internal stakeholders and customers to gather, analyse and clarify business and user requirements.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items ready for development.
• Estimate feature scope, complexity and delivery effort together with the development team.
• Prioritise features based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility and roadmap objectives.
• Own and maintain a well‑structured, up‑to‑date product backlog aligned with product strategy.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and expected business outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Proven experience delivering products in Agile software delivery environments.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of software platforms, APIs, cloud environments and data flows.
