Product Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to join our automotive team. The role focuses on ensuring product compliance through PPAP processes and supporting continuous quality improvements on the production floor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for quality inspectors on customer specifications and PPAP requirements.
• Support the quality inspectors on technical and organisational matters.
• Coordinate with production to receive and inspect initial samples, planning their creation and validation.
• Compile PPAP/EMPB files, liaise with customers and ensure 100 % compliance and timely approvals.
• Maintain accurate archiving of internal and external quality documentation.
• Assist the plant in product and process quality improvements through audits and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac + 4/5) in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Internship experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication, analysis, autonomy and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent monitoring skills and fluency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Core quality tools knowledge: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SCP.
