Production Inspector – AQL (Berrechid)

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Production Inspector to work in the assembly area of its Berrechid facility. You will be responsible for executing the quality control plan, identifying non‑conforming products, and ensuring that all inspection and documentation procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all checks defined in the Quality Control plan and record required data.
• Identify non‑conforming products using the "red card" process and communicate findings to the line and WPA.
• Distribute and collect control charts (PDEK or others) and give feedback on defects.
• Inspect 5S and housekeeping compliance within the assigned area.
• Verify operator qualification against the skills matrix and adherence to the "OK to Start" procedure each shift.
• Check error‑proofing devices (poka‑yoke, jigs, sample test releases) for conformity.
• Validate packing process completion according to work instructions.
• Audit final harness inspection in line with the QM plan.

Required profile

• Formal education in Quality Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in French and English.
