Production Manager

About the role

The client, a leading industrial manufacturer in Morocco, is looking for a Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will play a key part in achieving operational excellence and supporting a performance‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities to meet targets and timelines.
• Execute directives from senior leadership and align with departmental goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Coordinate workflow and allocate sewing operators effectively.
• Collaborate with Engineering on layout updates and workspace optimization.
• Implement work instructions from Engineering and Quality departments.
• Identify process gaps and communicate them for resolution.
• Handle administrative tasks related to production operations.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance, including training and incident investigations.
• Participate in internal audits such as LPA, 5S, and Manufacturing System assessments.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Knowledge of APQP.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong problem‑solving techniques.
