Production Planner – Customer & Production Coordination

About the role

As a Production Planner at Aptiv you will be the main link between customers and internal production teams. You will ensure orders are processed accurately, schedules are optimized, and customers receive timely updates, all while supporting continuous improvement of planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders to guarantee on‑time, accurate delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and production departments to align expectations.
• Monitor order fulfillment status and proactively communicate updates.
• Develop and refine production schedules based on demand and inventory.
• Identify and escalate potential issues affecting customer satisfaction or efficiency.
• Support initiatives to improve customer service and planning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Production Planning or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in customer service, production planning, logistics or a related area (internships accepted).
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
