Production Planner – TRIM

Join Lear Corporation as a Production Planner for the TRIM line, supporting our commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and excellence. You will help ensure efficient production while meeting customer priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule production taking into consideration all existing constraints and customer needs as priority.
• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple projects.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay in production and shipping.
• Monitor production realizations versus schedules by work center.
• Follow customer orders communication and variation and report related issues.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Respect targets such as inventory levels and service rate.
• Support new launches and ensure a smooth production end‑of‑life for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with all parties to ensure coverage of customer requirements.

Required profile

• Master degree in Logistics.
• 1 year experience in a similar production planning position.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and production control principles.
• Working knowledge of MRP, MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good at math and statistics.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities in English and French.
• High school diploma; further education or certification preferred.
