Production Planning Coordinator

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Production Planning Coordinator to manage the receipt, negotiation, and analysis of customer programs, ensuring that production plans align with manufacturing capacity and client expectations. The role bridges customers, service centers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OS scheduling and maintain daily delivery follow‑up.
• Coordinate with customers and service centers to define and revise concept elements and MAP connections.
• Prepare capacity studies together with planners and support actions required for customer volumes.
• Negotiate delivery issues, plan variations, and additional costs with customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to implement optimal actions that meet plant objectives such as cost control and inventory management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production planning.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and synthesis abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Disciplined, accurate, and structured work style.
