Production Scheduler

About the role

Alstom is seeking a full‑time Production Scheduler to join its manufacturing team in Fez. The role focuses on coordinating production schedules, ensuring material flow, and supporting continuous improvement across industrial planning, logistics, quality and manufacturing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule Work Orders according to the Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling (MPS) plan.
• Provide weekly feedback to planning teams and update MPS based on operational constraints.
• Coordinate daily with logistics, material planning and quality teams to keep production running smoothly.
• Launch, monitor and control Work Orders, collaborating with line managers and the Elementary Production Unit (EPU).
• Define and implement improvement actions for material delivery issues.
• Ensure data accuracy for Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings in partnership with the Industrialization team.
• Alert planning and supply‑chain teams about missing parts, quality concerns or other execution risks.
• Contribute to reducing product throughput time and maintaining optimal Work‑In‑Progress (WIP) levels.
• Participate in production line meetings representing the supply‑chain function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in production scheduling, sequencing or operational supply‑chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving mindset.
• Commitment to environmental, health and safety (EHS) standards.
