About the role
The Production Trainer (C) will be responsible for on‑the‑job training and coaching of operators at our Berrechid facility. You will work closely with HR and production specialists to ensure skill matrices and qualifications are up‑to‑date while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and document on‑the‑job training and coaching for operators.
- Identify training needs and support operator evaluation/appraisal processes.
- Maintain and update the skills matrix and employee qualification data.
- Collaborate with HR on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers.
- Provide training after complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes and instruction updates.
- Support the flexibility concept and train employees on new workstations, monitoring quality and quantity performance.
Required profile
- Technical diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management and teamwork abilities.
