Program Coordination Internship (Paid)

About the role

DeepLeaf is seeking two paid Program Coordination Interns to support the smooth operation of its agritech programs and partnerships. You will work closely with the team, partners, and stakeholders to ensure schedules, documentation, and feedback loops are well‑managed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain schedules, session notes, documentation, and action items; assist in preparing and running workshops.
• Onboard partners, schedule meetings, and follow up to ensure they receive value from DeepLeaf.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutions, NGOs, cooperatives, agribusinesses, and investors to promote awareness and explore partnership opportunities.
• Collect feedback from field participants and relay insights to the internal team.
• Gather and organize program usage data, ensuring records are clean and consistent.
• Conduct short interviews to capture successful practices and produce structured notes.

Required profile

• Natural leader with experience in student clubs, hackathons, volunteer groups, or community projects.
• Proactive attitude, spotting needs and acting without prompting.
• High‑energy communicator who can engage teammates, farmers, partners, and officials positively.
• Innovative and versatile, with a broad toolkit (communication, organization, basic data handling, event organization, social media) and depth in at least one area.
• Technically curious with some working knowledge of AI and agriculture.
