Project Configuration and Change Manager

About the role

Alstom is looking for a full‑time Project Configuration and Change Manager to join its team in Fez, Morocco. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, consistency and traceability of all project deliverables while driving configuration and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Configuration and Change Management (CCM) processes and procedures across all project and program stakeholders.
• Maintain control over project configurations and manage changes from request to implementation.
• Lead CCM activities or support senior CCM roles as needed.
• Ensure compliance with CCM requirements and produce related compliance statements.
• Train functional representatives on CCM processes and tools.
• Report on CCM performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage configuration baselines, release notes and traceability of change requests.
• Organise and lead Change Boards to align stakeholders on priorities and decisions.
• Oversee supplier configuration management and ensure adherence to CCM documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in configuration and change management within complex engineering projects.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams such as engineering, supply chain and industrialisation.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder alignment.
