Project Controller – Finance & Analytics

About the role
Alstom is seeking a Project Controller to ensure the financial health and transparency of its transport projects. You will work closely with planning, sourcing and industrial teams, aligning financial and operational objectives while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain, verify and validate all project‑related financial and accounting data on a monthly basis.
- Analyze variances between actuals and budget, and prepare estimates at completion for project reviews.
- Reconcile approved project financial data with the company books and implement controls to minimise risk.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial and operational goals and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.
- 5‑10 years of experience in finance and controlling.
- Strong teamwork, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Fluent oral and written communication in French and English.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP (preferred).
- Familiarity with Power BI (preferred).
