Project Coordinator / PMO – Steering Systems

About the role
The Project Coordinator ensures efficient execution, transparency and compliance of steering systems development projects within OEM governance frameworks. You will work in a multinational engineering environment supporting automotive OEMs, primarily in a VW‑related context.
Key responsibilities
- Manage release processes, documentation status and milestone tracking.
- Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards and status presentations.
- Organise, moderate and document project meetings and steering committees.
Required profile
- Strong background in automotive project coordination or PMO.
- Experience with OEM processes, preferably within a VW environment.
- High level of structure, communication strength and stakeholder management.
Required skills
- Jira and Confluence (project tracking tools).
- MS Office and MS Project.
- ASPICE, DOORs/Codebeamer, Version42, Te.VBVC‑Place, AVONCreta, Konditor.
- cPlace for schedule planning and tracking.
