Project Industrial Manager (Full‑time)

About the role

Alstom is looking for a full‑time Project Industrial Manager (PrIM) to lead the industrialisation of a railway project in Fez. The role bridges engineering, supply chain and quality functions to ensure a smooth transition from design to serial production.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the industrial organisation, staffing and tools during the specification phase.
• Define the Make‑or‑Buy strategy (DAMOB) and coordinate co‑engineering with the Engineering/EDC teams.
• Develop and monitor the Industrial Management Plan, including documentation, tooling, workshop layout and ERP master data.
• Ensure completion of P‑FMEA, Control Plans and industrial quality deliverables.
• Define kitting, blue‑collar staffing and training strategies, and manage early production planning.
• Participate in Change and Configuration Board (CCB) reviews and support the Transfer of activities to manufacturing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial project management within manufacturing or rail‑transport sectors.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain, quality and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and arbitrate technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills for gap analysis and make‑or‑buy decisions.
