Project Industrialization Engineer

About the role

Eaton is looking for a Project Industrialization Engineer to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and project transfer initiatives in Casablanca. You will guide cross‑functional teams, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive the industrialization of customized projects from design transfer to serial production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead NPI and project transfer execution, managing scope, risk, and customer requirements.
• Apply standard program management processes and produce regular performance metrics and status reports.
• Own PROLaunch Stage Gate reviews and support continuous improvement of launch processes.
• Coordinate industrialization deliverables such as pre‑work instructions, work instructions, control plans, PFMEA, MSA, and PPAP.
• Manage project timelines, costs, and quality while collaborating with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Purchasing.
• Participate in concurrent engineering activities, including design reviews, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and value engineering.
• Support Capital Appropriation Requests for equipment investments.
• Promote continuous improvement, 5S, safety, and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Production Systems.
• 3‑5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, process engineering or NPI.
• Proven track record of managing projects from design transfer to serial production.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
