Project Industrialization Engineer

About the role

Eaton is looking for a Project Industrialization Engineer to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and project transfer initiatives in Casablanca. You will guide cross‑functional teams, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive continuous improvement of industrialization processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of NPI and transfer projects, managing scope, risk, and alignment with customer requirements.
• Coordinate project reviews, track performance, and produce regular status reports and metrics.
• Own PROLaunch Stage Gate reviews and improve related processes.
• Drive industrialization activities such as pre‑work instructions, control plans, PFMEA, MSA, and PPAP across sites.
• Manage timelines, costs, and quality for customized industrial projects and support capital appropriation requests.
• Participate in concurrent engineering, design for manufacturing, and value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Production Systems.
• 3‑5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or NPI.
• Proven ability to manage projects from design transfer to serial production.
• Experience coordinating R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Purchasing teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
