Project Leader Coordinator - Automotive Wire Harness

About the role

Yazaki, a Japanese full systems supplier of wire harness, electrical and data products for vehicles, is looking for a Project Leader Coordinator for its plant in Meknes. The role leads projects from development through to serial production, keeping them on track with customer milestones and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project industrialization (development and serial phase), ensuring compliance with customer milestones and ANPQP requirements.
• Manage project risk assessment, 4M and QCD reporting, and escalate critical issues so targets are met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives while building a strong team spirit and performance culture.
• Oversee RFQ preparation, PCS consolidation and ramp-up costs.
• Monitor project quality, efficiency, obsolescence management, wave changes and prototype production against specifications and deadlines.
• Lead contractual and operational processes such as CEC contract preparation, GPMS functional reviews, AFAPs and ramp-up validation.

Required profile

• Master's or engineering degree in a technical field.
• More than 2 years of experience in the automotive industry (wire harness).
• Fluent French and English.
