Project Management Officer

About the role

As a Project Management Officer (PMO) at Capgemini Engineering, you will act as a business partner to Engagement Managers and project teams, bringing structure, methodology, and governance to ensure cost control, revenue protection, and achievement of contractual objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain project management processes, standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance with governance rules.
• Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, identify risks, and support profitability optimization.
• Support project planning, track progress, and produce decision‑oriented reporting on cost, schedule, quality, and risks.
• Facilitate collaboration between operational teams, management, and clients, and prepare governance meetings.
• Perform financial and operational analyses, develop key performance indicators, and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a multicultural environment.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project.
• Experience with reporting and analytical tools.
