Project Management Officer (PMO)

About the role

As a Project Management Officer (PMO) at Capgemini Engineering you will act as a business partner to Engagement Managers and project teams, bringing structure, methodology and governance to ensure cost control, revenue protection and contractual objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain project management processes, standards and best practices, ensuring compliance with methodologies and governance rules.
• Monitor project financial performance, analyse variances, identify risks and contribute to profitability optimisation.
• Support project planning, track progress, produce decision‑oriented reporting and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Perform financial and operational analyses, develop and monitor key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Strong experience in financial performance monitoring, budget tracking, forecasting and cost control.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Project, with solid knowledge of reporting and analytical tools.
• Fluent in English and French, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
