Project Manager – Digital Payments

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to support day‑to‑day PMO execution for a digital‑bank program in Casablanca. The role involves coordinating multiple workstreams, maintaining delivery controls, preparing governance materials and ensuring timely closure of actions and dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated delivery roadmap covering business, digital, marketing, technology, finance, operations and customer‑service workstreams.
• Define and track milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, risks and mitigation actions through go‑live.
• Prepare governance forums, agendas, decision points, meeting materials, action logs and follow‑up reporting.
• Monitor workstream and squad progress, identify blockers or scope gaps and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Produce clear status dashboards and management reporting covering schedule, quality, dependencies, risks and decisions.

Required profile

• Consulting or transformation‑delivery experience, preferably in banking or digital initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related field; Master’s and project management certification preferred.
• Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English required, French and/or Arabic advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with banking digital payment systems and card solutions.
• Data analysis and troubleshooting of payment issues.
• Understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows and security basics.
