Project Manager – Drone Systems

About the role

Harmattan AI is seeking a Project Manager to drive the development of its autonomous drone technology from pilot to full‑scale production. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure technical and operational requirements are met, and keep critical schedules on track.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver complex, series‑produced drone systems on time and to specification.
• Drive the product development process from engineering pilot through industrialisation and mass production.
• Guarantee that all deliverables meet established technical and operational standards.
• Proactively track, resolve, and mitigate program‑level blockers, risks, and issues.
• Identify missing project enablers and escalate internally to unblock delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology or manufacturing.
• Experience managing large‑scale, series projects and mass‑production environments.
• Exclusive focus on project management throughout career.
• Proven track record coordinating technical teams to achieve production milestones.
• Ability to operate in cutting‑edge, disruptive environments.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
