Project Manager – Elevator Installation (Morocco)

About the role

KONE is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead elevator and escalator installation projects across Morocco. Based in one of our Casablanca, Marrakech or Rabat offices, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site supervision and safe delivery of installation projects from handover to completion.
• Plan and manage schedules, resources, materials, tools and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, financial performance and profitability.
• Coordinate handovers with the Sales team and prepare sites before installation.
• Handle project administration, workforce planning, progress reporting and documentation within KONE systems.
• Work closely with Finance to align invoicing and payment milestones with contracts.
• Oversee final inspections, testing, commissioning and handover to the Service team.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and manage subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction or installation projects.
• Strong ability to plan, organize and direct multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards.
