Project Manager – Elevators & Escalators (Marrakech/Casablanca/Rabat)

About the role

KONE is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead elevator and escalator installation projects across Marrakech, Casablanca and Rabat. Reporting to the Head of Africa Major Projects, you will oversee planning, execution and delivery while ensuring safety, quality, on‑time and on‑budget performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safe and successful delivery of elevator and escalator installation projects from handover to completion.
• Plan and manage installation schedules, resources, materials, tools and subcontractors to ensure projects are on time and within budget.
• Monitor project costs, financial performance and profitability, coordinating with finance for invoicing and payment milestones.
• Oversee final inspections, testing, commissioning and handover to the Service team.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with at least 3 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in construction or engineering, preferably in the elevator/escalator industry.
• Excellent communication in English, Arabic and French.
• Strong negotiation and initiative‑taking abilities.

Required skills

• PMP certification (preferred).
• Fluency in English, Arabic and French.
