Project Manager - Hispanohablante

About the role

The Council of Mediterranean Economic and Academic Exchanges (CEMAES) seeks a bilingual Project Manager to support its member companies and drive the network’s growth across Spain and Morocco. The role combines administrative oversight, event coordination, and digital communication to strengthen bilateral trade relations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage CEMAES member companies, including payment tracking and fee collection.
• Assist in attracting new members and organizing informational meetings.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on events and missions in Spain and Morocco, handling invitations, logistics, and post‑event reporting.
• Maintain the CEMAES website and social media channels, especially LinkedIn, creating and publishing relevant content.
• Prepare annual action plans, reports, and analyses for the General Director.
• Support the preparation of General Assemblies and evaluate project impact under the Director’s supervision.

Required profile

• Degree in Political Science, Law, International Relations, Economics, Business Administration, International Trade or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in institutional, international or bilateral trade relations, preferably between Morocco and Spain.
• Fluent Spanish (mandatory); strong command of French and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent written communication, analytical, and synthesis abilities.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and confidentiality values.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
