Project Manager

About the role

Diamond Key International (DKI) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of engineering and terminal automation projects across Africa. Based remotely in Morocco, you will act as the primary interface between customers and global project teams, ensuring safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution from award through commissioning and handover.
• Serve as the main customer focal point throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and commercial performance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, subcontractors and site activities across multiple countries.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and governance to senior management.
• Mentor project teams and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing engineering, industrial automation or Oil & Gas projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and margins.
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer‑management abilities.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience working across Africa or in multinational environments is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
• Only candidates with Moroccan citizenship will be considered.
