Project Manager

About the role

Webloo is seeking a dynamic, organized, and results‑driven Project Manager to join its team in Rabat. The role involves managing international campaigns, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within scope. Candidates with international exposure and multilingual abilities are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects and international campaigns from initiation to completion.
• Develop timelines, allocate resources, monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders across different markets.
• Monitor budgets, deliverables, and performance indicators.
• Identify risks, resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Prepare updates, reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably with international campaigns.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
