Project Manager – Programme Management in Banking Technology

About the role

Temenos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of banking software programmes. You will work from pre‑sales estimations through workshops, implementation and post‑go‑live support, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, business objectives and critical success factors for banking implementation projects.
• Develop and communicate detailed project plans to clients, internal teams and Service Management.
• Manage client expectations, monitor progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, allocate and optimise utilisation of project resources, including staffing and third‑party partners.
• Provide regular status reporting, risk mitigation and issue resolution.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent project‑management qualification.
• Minimum five years of experience managing large, complex enterprise software projects in the financial services sector.
• Proven experience delivering core‑banking or similar fintech solutions.
