Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

Founders Arm is looking for a remote Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of its team. You will track tasks, own follow‑up, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks, working closely with the founder and an international group of professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Track tasks and projects across the team from initiation to completion.
• Convert verbal requests from the founder into clear, assigned action items with due dates.
• Consistently follow up to meet commitments and avoid missed deadlines.
• Identify blockers early, chase updates, and surface issues before they become problems.
• Maintain a single source of truth for ownership and status of all work.
• Run lightweight check‑ins to keep momentum and provide the founder with a current progress view.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or a coordination‑heavy role.
• Relentless follow‑through and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable holding teammates accountable with professionalism and tact.
• Excellent written English and proactive communication.
• Self‑directed, dependable, and able to work without micromanagement.
• Willingness to commit for 12–24 months.
