Project Manager – Software/SaaS Projects

About the role

You are a self‑directed, highly motivated professional who can oversee multiple software or SaaS projects. You excel at building professional relationships and interacting with peers and customers at all levels within an organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project management duties for small or low‑touch customer engagements.
• Manage project stakeholders and customer expectations, proactively documenting and resolving risks and requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, weekly status and budget reports, and risk/issue logs.
• Assist engagement managers with scope management and change order handling.
• Provide accurate project progress updates to customers and SailPoint management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Software, SaaS, or consulting environment, including at least 1 year as a formal project manager.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with experience working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, monitor scope, and mitigate project risks across multiple teams and geographies.
