Project Manager – Technical & Marketing Initiatives

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking a Project Manager to support sales and marketing initiatives by providing technical and product information, data analysis, and coordination of promotional programs. The role works across functions to manage resources, risks, and compliance for medium‑complexity projects in a regional setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and track promotional and communication programs.
• Manage project resources, risks and compliance across assigned projects.
• Escalate unresolved issues and interact with customers and the Project Steering Committee.
• Promote and adopt PMO best practices and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Analyze data, monitor metrics and report project status.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing medium‑complexity projects regionally.
• Formal project‑management education or PMP certification (or pursuing).
• Familiarity with Lean, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
