Project Planner (Infrastructure Projects)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our project team in Rabat. The role involves developing, maintaining, and monitoring schedules for large‑scale infrastructure projects, ensuring effective planning, progress tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Establish project baselines, milestones, critical paths, and resource‑loaded schedules.
• Monitor project progress and performance against approved plans and timelines.
• Analyze schedule variances, identify risks and delays, and propose mitigation and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule integration.
• Prepare periodic planning reports, dashboards, KPIs, and progress updates for management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for infrastructure projects (transportation, rail, roads, utilities, civil works, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Solid understanding of project planning principles, critical path analysis, and project controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
