Project Quality Engineer – Automotive

About the role

ALTEN Maroc is seeking a Project Quality Engineer to support automotive projects in Tetouan. You will ensure that quality methodologies are applied throughout the product lifecycle, from preliminary design to serial production, and drive continuous improvement across all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Apply quality methodology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define the quality roadmap to achieve defined quality objectives.
• Manage action plans, provide forecasts, and consolidate milestones, issues, risks, and traceability from concept to SOP.
• Establish and maintain the quality organization, acting as the liaison for core quality teams.
• Maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality targets are met.
• Evaluate design outcomes for secondary launches and produce quality assessment reports.
• Guarantee no quality impact during product or process changes after mass production.
• Report progress to the Chief Engineer and develop a quality project KPI book.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar quality engineering role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Good command of French and English.
